Dual Action strips are designed for 14-day courses. After each course, allow at least 3 months for teeth restoration before starting again. They are the most effective way to whiten at home while preserving the enamel’s natural barrier and achieving a smooth, bright result.

Prepare — Gently brush teeth before application to remove surface debris
Apply — Peel a strip from its backing, place the gel side on your teeth along the gumline, and press gently to secure
Wait — Leave on for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking during use and immediately after
Remove & Rinse — Peel off the strip and rinse your mouth with water to clear away residue
Repeat — Use once daily (upper and lower) for 14 consecutive days

For best results, avoid coffee, tea, and wine for at least 1 hour after use

These strips are incredibly easy to use, and do the job intended. I do have sensitive teeth and these cause me no problem at all. I cannot vouch for remineralization- not sure you would see the effects with a single box- but these certainly whiten, and not a glaring, "I can see you from space!" sort of whitening either! Very natural. Recommended.

Gentle and Effective!

These whitening teeth strips are perfect for sensitive teeth. The peroxide-free formula feels gentle, and my teeth look noticeably brighter after using them. Easy to apply and comfortable

Mild whitening strips with no irritation that really stay in place during treatment!

I drink a lot of coffee and tea, and eat a lot of blueberries, and am always thinking about my teeth and ways of preventing staining. I drink my coffee and tea through a straw and after eating blueberries, I try to remember to rinse my mouth or even brush my teeth if possible. I use a sensitive-type whitening toothpaste, and I’ve used whitening strips with stronger whitening ingredients without too much irritation, but I have been keeping my eyes open for whitening strips that are more “gentle” on teeth and gums. I saw these and decided to give them a try.ARRIVAL DAY/FIRST IMPRESSIONS and USE:These are hydrogen peroxide free, and instead contain other tooth-friendly whitening ingredients in them that I suspect would produce less whitening results. Applying them is the same as other strips, but noticeably, these are a bit stickier! I always press my whitening strips into the spaces between my teeth to cover as much of my teeth as possible, and these strips do a good job of adhering to that area as well as the flat tooth surfaces. NOTE: Make sure you get the strip on evenly and as close to the gum line as you want because repositioning isn’t an easy fix. Even after 30 minutes, saliva didn’t loosen them, and they didn’t seem like they were ready to come out yet. After about 40 minutes, I started to pull one off and they were still REALLY STUCK ON! As I was pulling the bottom one, I actually tore a piece off as the rest stayed on the last ¾ of my teeth. I restarted from the other side, and it went ok. My teeth still had a sticky residue on them, but I decided to leave it on to determine if it was the cleaning paste, or like adhesive. Eventually, it all came off, and my teeth weren’t sticky. I noticed the fresh minty Menthol presence and a sweet taste from the time they were applied until the end. Occasionally after using other stronger strips, they would leave temporary white spots that go away after a little bit, and these didn’t do that.ASSESSMENT/OVERALL THOUGHTS:-Easy to apply, adheres VERY securely-Mild whitening noticeable after first use.-Fresh taste from the Menthol and happy about the Papain and Bromelain ingredients, but I’m a little concerned about the Xylitol ingredient added. Having sweetness in my whitening strips isn’t that important to me, and I wonder if that is worse for my teeth than if these had hydrogen peroxide in them.-Nice to have a gentle option for gentle whitening of my teeth.-Price appears comparable to other products on the market.
